There are many resources available on the Internet for Bible study, Christian encouragement, Godly living, and so on.  However, the casual web surfer may stumble on only a few items related to the Primitive Baptists.  For the person that is willing to dig a little more, it is our hope that they actually visit a Primitive Baptist church and discover God’s mercy and grace for themselves.

Who are Primitive Baptists?

  1. People that see themselves as unworthy of the least of God’s mercies, but who have experienced God’s amazing grace in their personal lives.
  2. People that earnestly and zealously believe in the powerful victory of Jesus Christ when He said, “It is finished.”
  3. People that truly love the Lord and each other; because He loved us first.
November 18, 1961 – Elder H.G. Ball, pastor of the Primitive Baptist Church in Tioga, TX, preached the funeral of one of his church members, Brother Sam Rayburn. You may recognized some of the attendees at the funeral and graveside service.
